Hi! I’m Lynsey, and I’m really excited to help you through whatever challenges you are facing right now! Women's health is incredibly important to me, and I’ve developed this business after years of studying exercise science and struggling with my own fitness through the challenges of becoming a mother and entering perimenopause.
You should read my story - hopefully what you’ll notice, whether you’ve had a similar journey or a completely different one, is that it’s really hard to know what to do for your own body, whether you have had a baby or not, deal with difficult periods or not, or you are entering the menopause stage of life. That’s the reason that I do this today.

My booking process is super straightforward - simply get in touch and let me know you’re thinking of working together. In-person sessions are then scheduled via a dedicated app, or you can catch up in your own time!
